* The recent adjustment to python from 'site-packages' to
'vendor-packages' broke this port - this adjustment fixes
it again.

Work towards getting subversion with all dependencies built. The remaining
...
problem is that apr-util won't build yet, due to it relying on the sources of apr being around. We need support for source packages to solve that, so that will be the next step.

Removed Apache v2 licenses from apr and apr-util since it is now included in Haiku. Fixed typo in libxml2 and curl .OPD files. Put flex .OPD file in right place. Added initial curl-7.19.7 .bep file, but it needs more work, marked as broken for now.
