80906145d1 Xapian: bump to 1.4.7, drop hack required for 1.4.5. 
The hack (to undef HAVE_EXP10 & HAVE___EXP10 in config.h) required
to fix an incorrect detection of exp10 in 1.4.5 is no longer needed.

65bd33e39f libgcrypt: bump to 1.8.3, tweak configure, enable x86_gcc2. 
* Unlike 1.8.2, which passed all tests, 1.8.3 was failing one
  test, "version", with the following error message:

  Fatal: failed to acquire the Jent RNG lock: Resource deadlock

* Pass "--disable-jent-support" to configure, in order to avoid
  the test failure described above.
* Drop the call to autoreconf, as it is not needed.
* Sort PROVIDES_devel.

b860895b73 xapian: fix typos introduced in #2633 
These typos only affect x86 secondary arch when the primary arch
is x86_64. But since Haiku does not yet provide x86_64 hybrid and
since there are no architectures marked as tested for xapian, we
can keep REVISION unchanged.

While at it, use a variant for the test before CONFLICTS_devel.
