libmikmod: allow to use SDL output driver
Still get no sound, but at least it doesn't try to create "music.wav"
files everywhere.

Initial .bep, and .OptionalPackageDescription files for libmikmod and a patch that was derived from the patch included in sdl-mixer-1.2.9 tarball, with the config.guess and config.sub parts removed.

simple patch to add [brackets] to libmikmod.m4, but this little patch then enables sdl-mixer to run cleanly and to also allow building of shared libs... go figure.
