While the recipe is correct, the package uplaoded in the repos is
apparently not built from it, as it contains the source file from
mozilla instead of the converted one in curl format. What happened here?
* Download cert data over SSL.
* Use the latest version of the file from the correct repository
instead of an outdated version from an old repository.
* Install to the current location; if we really want to change the
certificate location we'll have to rebuild everything, so don't
do that yet.
* as Ingo has pointed out, providing a source package for this
doesn't make any sense and the special source packages required
for the bootstrap image should better be handled as a different
kind of package
