libdca: fix compat, drop {bin,man} on 2nd arch, add x86_64 & TEST().
...
Changed "compat = 0" (for lib:libdca in PROVIDES) to "compat >= 0"
because "package list libdca-0.0.5-2-*.hpkg" was producing:
provides: libdca = 0.0.5
provides: lib:libdca = 0.0.0
provides: compat = 0
For libdca-0.0.5-3-*.hpkg we now have:
provides: libdca = 0.0.5
provides: lib:libdca = 0.0.0 (compatible >= 0)

Drop references to $haikuVersion.

* Referring the current haiku version explicitly is not needed, since
the RequiresUpdater takes care of setting the version of Haiku used
for building a package.
