Explicitly reference all additional files.
...
Not referencing them caused them to be missing from the source packages.
This also moves all files that were in different dirs under the common
additional-files dir.

qutIM: more fixes to the recipe and the patch
...
* disabble mobile plugins, those are not needed.
* correctly set QUTIM_SHARE_DIR on Haiku so that qutIM can find its icons. This also fixes crashes in some plugins.
* clean up patch.
TODO: some icons are still missing. Statistics gatherer window always shows on start-up.
