5cd8a79c4b gsl: drop libtool file. (This did not reach #2700...) 
While at it, add cmd:pkg_config to TEST_REQUIRES as one test was
being skipped. (Now all tests succeed :)

ab26644871 gsl: bump to 2.5, fix PROVIDES{,_devel}, add commandBinDir. (#2700) 
{lib,devel}:libgsl had a wrong compat, ">= 0" instead of ">= 23",
so we will need to rebuild calligra, krita and xaos.

10d7c057bc primegen: Drop the BUILD_PREREQUIRES+="$TEST_REQUIRES" 
BTW, although md5sum is in coreutils, it is safer to keep the
TEST_REQUIRES="cmd:md5sum"
