52b344b97b Drop references to $haikuVersion. 
* Referring the current haiku version explicitly is not needed, since
  the RequiresUpdater takes care of setting the version of Haiku used
  for building a package.

8e44fea6e1 Fix ruby dependency 
* We don't need the lib, only the executable.
* Helps with building on gcc2 since the ruby package isn't hybrid aware.
