Cleanup up the Copyright field on several of my old .OPD files.
This was done to match the example at http://www.haiku-os.org/node/2525 which
doesn't contain a comma bewtween the date and the copyright owner.

Removed Apache v2 licenses from apr and apr-util since it is now included in Haiku. Fixed typo in libxml2 and curl .OPD files. Put flex .OPD file in right place. Added initial curl-7.19.7 .bep file, but it needs more work, marked as broken for now.

Preliminary patch for building apr-1.3.3 on Haiku. There's still an issue to be figured out, it gives an error near the end of configure about rm not finding libtoolT, the work around for now is to create a temp symlink for libtool to /libtool
