Updated libxml2 to 2.7.8, but it seems to be broken, so will still need further work. Added TEST section to the 2.7.7 and
2.7.8 bep files.

Removed Apache v2 licenses from apr and apr-util since it is now included in Haiku. Fixed typo in libxml2 and curl .OPD files. Put flex .OPD file in right place. Added initial curl-7.19.7 .bep file, but it needs more work, marked as broken for now.
