Adrien Destugues	c8359a407a	Docbook_xml_dtd: provide backward compatible aliases ... * Docbook minor versions are backward compatible, so we can alias the older versions to newer ones in the XML catalog. * As a result, there is no need to keep older versions of the DTD around.
