31b7b58e7e Fixed flac build by copying the m4 files from libicon to m4, tried fixing the directories but docdir isn't working right yet. This

488673ac7c Added allegro-4.4.x-svn.bep to allow for easy checking of the allegro-4.4.x branch. They are getting ready for a release of 
4.4.2, so this will be helpful in testing on Haiku.  The 4.4.1.1 patch has been sent upstream, awaiting for it to be applied.
