44343802b1 cram: switch to Python 3.9. (#8725) 
- Dropped Python2 version.
- No need to version-suffix cmd:cram.

Notice: upstream repo has been archived in 2022, and while the repo
mentions an 0.8 release, the link for that is broken, and no 0.8 tag
exists on its git repo.

Considering only one package in HaikuPorts needs cmd:cram (the silver searcher,
and only for its `TEST()`)... impact of these changes is pretty minimal.

(Will fix "the silver searcher"'s  recipe next).

Also: integrated patches into a single .patchset file, this allows
to run "hp -G opencolorio" without it failing to apply
"opencolorio-openexr3.patch" (it worked without -G only).

* opencolorio1: retire old, disabled, unused recipe.

e480eb466e libpurple: switch to Python 3.9. (#8715) 
Removed the commented out lib:perl requirement.

The warning haikuporter gives is an spurious one related to the "perl.so" this
packages includes under "$libDir/purple-2/".

We might want to rev-bump the following packages that directly depend on libpurple:

- chat_o_matic
- bitlbee
- purple_discord

7d44f0eb44 tor: update to version 0.4.7.13 (#8696) 
Adds support for autostarting tor at boot, as in PR #3364, but
following the suggestions there, it does so only if the user
creates a file named:

Consistent "SDL / BGLView::UnlockGL()" related crash on close.
Works nicely otherwise.

bfa2807523 texlive: fix references to texlive_core package links directory (#8687) 
This would bind the texlive packages to a fixed version (and revision!) of texlive_core.
Also, they couldn't be shared between x86 and other architectures, because the packages are named
`texlive_core_x86` on x86 because of secondaryArch.

Revbump for rebuild (texlive was built against texlive_core 2022 before and is therefore broken right now.)

b8d44be4ad pyqt_builder: drop support for Python 3.8. (#8686)
