Docbook_xml_dtd: provide backward compatible aliases
...
* Docbook minor versions are backward compatible, so we can alias the
older versions to newer ones in the XML catalog.
* As a result, there is no need to keep older versions of the DTD
around. Remove 4.3.

all: Don't use portVersionedName for SOURCE_DIR
...
* portVersionedName contains the secondary architecture,
so using it means secondary package builds fail.
example: $portVersionedName is libwow_x86-0.0.0 when
doing an x86 build on x86_gcc2
