paramiko: recipe cleanup. ( #10765 )

Just a quick cleanup. Moving it to "any", as this is just a pure-python module.
Tests do not run, as we're missing the "invoke" depedency for "pytest.relaxed",
and that means bringing in at least 6 more new recipes.
Similar with trying to update paramiko to newer versions.
Seems like too much work for a package that is not used by anything in-tree (thus,
just this clean up for now).

Utilize the new "all" ARCHITECTURES keyword in most recipes. ( #6189 )
...
x86_64 is used as a baseline: the "x86_64" entry, whatever status it has,
is transformed into "all", and then the other entries in ARCHITECTURES
either dropped or rearranged appropriately.

* adjust recipes depending on these, ie python_dateutil=>dateutil_python.
* switch architectures to any for relevant python recipes.
* bump versions for retext, argh, beautifulsoup, cssselect, dateutil,
docutils, fonttools, html2text, httplib2, lxml, mechanize, mock, paramiko,
pillow, pip, pygments, requests, twisted, urllib3, zope_interface.
