5f539e11ea erlang: fix build (#1168)

f8ed082f94 ruby: disable fstack-protector on Haiku. 
* flag detection is broken with our current gcc; the testcase used
doesn't trigger the use of the stack detector, hence gcc doesn't try to
link with it.
