* Referring the current haiku version explicitly is not needed, since
the RequiresUpdater takes care of setting the version of Haiku used
for building a package.
* To prevent problems with the 'any' packages being shared between
different architectures (while those use varying versions of python),
make them arch-specific.
* Additionally, move buildbot_slave from dev-python to dev-util (as
it is not related to python development).
