It was reported by BrunoSpr that SuperTux moves everything in ~/home to ~/config/settings/supertux2

supertux: Replace patch by patchset; Fix GL test; no fullscreen

- replace the current diff by a proper patchset,
- fix the OpenGL test which had a hardcoded libm,
- disable fullscreen by default to work around SDL bug.
