0d3948dca5 new recipe: sounds_community 
Named consistently after "wallpaper_community" and "wallpaper_unsplash".
The recipe produces two packages with the sound files of the Community
System Sounds Contest of 2020 [1]:

sounds_community_default: the winning theme "Burg's Sparkly Tones"
sounds_community: the 16 themes of the other contestants

c85ec51e7b Haiku user guide: English summary for German package 
Localisation is done at HDS.
It makes sense to have all summaries default to English, in case
you don't speak language "X" (and have your system set to English,
but want to install it for your "X" speaking buddy.

Don't bump the revision to avoid everbody having to download again.
Next regular version bump comes soon enough.
