Joachim Mairböck 01b0789e96 openmortal: revbump after perl changes, fix build ...

FreeType is now checked for via pkg-config because it doesn't provide
freetype-config any more.

This was the recipe where I was getting a policy error regarding libperl
before that I mentioned in the last commit.
