Ingo Weinhold 2b1ceca619 Update vision recipe ...

* Use jobArgs.
* No longer copy the settings file to settings/Vision. Rather leave
  it in the apps/Vision directory for the user to copy. Ideally Vision
  would just use it as a fallback, when no user settings file is
  present.
