fbrosson 64cad9a9c5 libmaxminddb: drop libtool file, add TEST with "make check" 
* Drop LDFLAGS=-lnetwork and, instead, patch configure.ac.
* Remove -pthread from t/Makefile.am and fix BUILD_PREREQUIRES,
  otherwise "make check" does not even build.
