FuRuYa7 7d7a640ddf QPDFView: Reflection of Japanese translation (#6379) 
Translation files in some languages, including Japanese, are not reflected.

To translate the help file, modify "translations/qpdfview_??.ts".
Replace the written "help.html" with "help_??.html".
