* perl: drop gcc2, making perl_x86 the default
This is an alternative solution to #9394
* perl: add secondaryArch lib dirs to library path
The variable 'libpth' (the library path) is also used by the DynaLoader, so it should contain all the paths were dynamically loaded libraries (like the SDL ones for sdl_perl) normally are.
