* Changes to DESCRIPTION
* Corrected HOMEPAGE
* Hopefully correct USER_SETTINGS_FILES declaration
* Removed cmd:unzip from BUILD_PREREQUIRES
* Added vector icon and rdef.
* Use a Bookmark instead of the html file wth the wrong homepage.
* Removed unneeded folder Work.
* Renamed from "sm" to "Sync Modular".
