Michael Lotz 5880131f1c Update glib-2.38.1 patch and recipe to a working state. ...

* Add G_OS_HAIKU to many sections guarded by G_OS_UNIX.
* Implement a few platform specifics, mostly stubbed.
* Update recipe to move glibconfig into devel package and actually
  build it.
* Remove no longer needed PATCH() function.
* Pass jobArgs through to make.
