* Bump version.
* Refresh SUMMARY and DESCRIPTION.
* Add x86 and x86_64 to ARCHITECTURES.
* Shorten SOURCE_URI by making it start with $HOMEPAGE.
* Add missing libmaxminddb_devel in PROVIDES_devel.
* On x86_gcc2, install mmdblookup instead of mmdblookup-x86.
* Add call to fixPkgconfig in INSTALL() and move man3 to devel.
