This bundle contains a reproduction of the original Service Manual for the
Radio Shack TRS-80 MC-10 Micro Color Computer. Permission to redistribute
the manual was obtained by Jim Marek <jmarek@siemens-emis.com>, who also
did the work of converting it to electronic format.

The files are as follows:

	- ServiceManual.pdf	The MC-10 Service Manual proper.
	- Schm-Exp-Folio.pdf A reproduction of the original, fold-out
MC-10 schematic diagram and exploded view.
	- Schm-Exp-Letter.pdf	The above diagrams formatted for printing
				onto regular, letter-size paper.
	- CoverLayout.pdf	An illustration of the layout of the
				Service Manual cover and diagrams.
	- mc10a.txt, Correspondence from Jim showing Radio
mc10b.txt, Shack's acknowledgement of this use of
	  mc10c.txt, their manual.
	  mc10d.txt

Here is the original description from Jim:

"You have both expressed interest in the Service Manual, so here it
is, along with the schematics and the Exploded View that go at the end
of the manual.	They are Adobe PDF documents. You need Adobe Acrobat
Reader to view and print them. If you don't already have it, you can get
Acrobat Reader for free from Adobe at www.adobe.com. The schematics and
the exploded view were originally published as two-page diagrams. The
file called Schm-Exp-Folio.pdf contains the diagrams in their original
formats, suitable for printing on 11" x 17" paper. The file called
Schm-Exp-Letter.pdf splits the diagrams into two 8.5" x 11" diagrams with
some overlap so that you can trim and tape them into the original image.

"The file called ServiceManual.pdf contains the rest of the service
manual. The cover of the original manual was printed on card stock (very
heavy paper) that measured 11" x 31". The diagrams in CoverLayout.pdf
illustrate how it was printed. I achieved the look with a little Scotch
tape.

"If you find any problems (typos, illogical statements or references,
...), let me know and I can correct it or at least annotate it and update
the files."

Thanks, Jim, for putting this bundle together, and for allowing the
information to be so widely shared.
