Play Tic-Tac-Toe against the RCA Fred computer.
This game is one of the earliest videogame available on a micro-computer.
It was developped by Joseph Weisbecker on the 22th November 1971 for the Fred micro-computer project at RCA.
In this version of the game, human player always play first with the circles, whereas the computers plays crosses.
