text: I had the french version of the Super Cassette Vision under the Yeno brand. I far as I can remember, the cost of this memorable console was about 700 french francs at the time, which was about 120 - 140 US dollars back in 1988 (I guessed it was about that year - I was only 11 at the time). Anyway, I remember it was a very ice console althought it was a hell to put the two joystick back under the front semi-transparent black cover. The cables would never turn in completely. Also, I remember games were pretty hard to find. The console was a present from my parents and I belive it was ordered through a mail delivery catalogue like the french "La Redoute" or "Les 3 Suisses" which are still very popular and are still selling consoles (newer one off course). Hope this will add a few more info and thanks for your great website!
