yann64andClaude Opus 5.5 32b735283e Forum integration: Flarum extension, local test stack, embedded comments 
- forum/extension: oc:import command (archived comments -> one thread per
  machine) and embed styling
- forum/docker: local Flarum 2 test stack
- site: optional params.forum.url adds a Forum menu entry and shows the
  machine thread in the Comments tab

yann64andClaude Opus 5.5 d9227e15f3 Add news posts with banner summaries on the home page 
Posts live in content/post/; the five latest are summarised on the home
page. Builds for check/deploy go to build/ so they do not collide with a
running hugo server writing to public/.
