There was a major problem. In any game, the ball would come out, hit the player "paddle" on the right, and then start bouncing from top to bottom of screen in a straight line, with no way to ever hit it again. To this day I still wonder what kind of defect could cause this to happen. - author: Rot Meatscrape (Vatican City State) date: Tuesday 5th September 2017 text: Hello there, I would like to express my feelings for the meat on my carpet. Sometimes it cries, and it makes me feel sad. Goodbye, see you next year. - author: Joshua Sanders date: Monday 11th August 2014 text: I have the system I en her item it from my great grandma and looking to possibly sell I have opened it once but never tried it looking to find how much it is worth... - author: Terry (USA) date: Sunday 22nd May 2011 text: I have information about the Bentley Compuvision, in fact I have it in it''s original packaging. Graphics were Black $ White, it had only three sounds, and the maximum score is 15. Once you reach fifteen, all games are rendered unplayable and you must press Game Reset. The score does not change or reset when you switch games. - author: Terry (TX, US, NA, Earth, SS, MW, U) date: Sunday 24th April 2011 text: I have played the Bentley Compu-vision. I have the system and it''s original packaging. The sound isn''t very advanced, just static, and the color is black and white. The games are Practice, Soccer, Squash, and Tennis. All the games are hit a ball back-and-forth. related: - /museum/a10-telespiel-9010 - /museum/alex-video-spiel-tg-621 - /museum/apf-match - /museum/apf-tv-fun-model-401 - /museum/audiosonic-pp-800 - /museum/blaupunkt-tv-action - /museum/coleco-telstar-alpha-model-6030 - /museum/conic-tv-sports-tg-621 - /museum/conic-tvg-209 - /museum/dms-telesports-mini - /museum/grandstand-t-v-game-model-3000 - /museum/hanimex-666 - /museum/hanimex-7771 - /museum/hanimex-t-338 - /museum/intel-germany-super-tele-sport-d-688-36 - /museum/interton-video-2400 - /museum/jostykit-multi-tv-game-hf-344 - /museum/magiclick-teleclick - /museum/match-sd-01c - /museum/mbo-tele-ball - /museum/mbo-tele-ball-ii - /museum/mbo-tele-ball-iii - /museum/mentor-sport-tg-20 - /museum/novoton-tj-141 - /museum/novoton-video-sports - /museum/playtech-telesport - /museum/polistil-v-g-2 - /museum/r-f-t-bss-01-bildschirmspiel-01 - /museum/radofin-electronics-limited-tele-sports - /museum/riva-t-800c - /museum/roberts-paddle-iv - /museum/roberts-rally-iv - /museum/sands-3000 - /museum/societe-occitane-d-electronique-oc-4 - /museum/sonolor-telematch - /museum/sportron-101u - /museum/superlectron-tv-challenger-series-3000-tvc-3000 - /museum/tele-flip-paris-video-sport-fy-707 - /museum/thomson-jv1t - /museum/ultrasound-tele-sports - /museum/ultrasound-tv-9010 - /museum/universum-tv-multi-spiel-handheld - /museum/universum-tv-spiel-1004 oc_id: 1026 source: url: https://web.archive.org/web/20230613153006/http://www.old-computers.com/museum/computer.asp?c=1026 date: '2023-06-13' --- The Bentley Compu-Vision was apparently marketed in 1983, which would makes it one of the last pong systems ever produced ! The controllers are on wires, so you can remove them from the base and relax; you don't have to stay hunkered over the game unit. The first switch is a game selector which has the choices "Practice, Squash, Soccer, Tennis". The next button is Game Reset. The next is Ball Angle, whith the choices Steep and Slight. Then Ball Speed with Fast and Slow. Next is Player Size with Small and Large, and the last switch is the power switch. There is no built in speaker--the sound comes through the TV speaker. the unit is 6.5 inches wide, 9.75 inches long, and 1.75 inches tall. It weighs about 1 pound. Inside of the unit, there are 3 adjustment knobs. one that controls picture size, horizontal placement, and brightness all at once. The second controls the volume, and the third is contrast
