I can shed some light here. As a 12 year old boy in 1977 I received one of these as a birthday present. I can recall begging my mum to get it. It cost her $29.99, and in those days that was a lot of money to spend on a present. The game console was purchased assembled and bought from Myers toy department at the time. I can recall I could tune it to either VHS 0 or 1 at a flick of a switch. While the game was in in B$W it provided years of fun until I bought my first game colsole in 1983 (An Atari 2600). author date text Bill (Australia) Sunday 17th June 2012 I just bought one for $20 author date text Simon (Australia) Saturday 6th January 2007 Does anyone know how much this console (working) would be worth? /museum/a10-telespiel-9010 /museum/alex-video-spiel-tg-621 /museum/apf-match /museum/apf-tv-fun-model-401 /museum/audiosonic-pp-800 /museum/bentley-compu-vision /museum/blaupunkt-tv-action /museum/coleco-telstar-alpha-model-6030 /museum/conic-tv-sports-tg-621 /museum/conic-tvg-209 /museum/dms-telesports-mini /museum/grandstand-t-v-game-model-3000 /museum/hanimex-666 /museum/hanimex-7771 /museum/hanimex-t-338 /museum/intel-germany-super-tele-sport-d-688-36 /museum/interton-video-2400 /museum/jostykit-multi-tv-game-hf-344 /museum/magiclick-teleclick /museum/match-sd-01c /museum/mbo-tele-ball /museum/mbo-tele-ball-ii /museum/mbo-tele-ball-iii /museum/mentor-sport-tg-20 /museum/novoton-tj-141 /museum/novoton-video-sports /museum/polistil-v-g-2 /museum/r-f-t-bss-01-bildschirmspiel-01 /museum/radofin-electronics-limited-tele-sports /museum/riva-t-800c /museum/roberts-paddle-iv /museum/roberts-rally-iv /museum/sands-3000 /museum/societe-occitane-d-electronique-oc-4 /museum/sonolor-telematch /museum/sportron-101u /museum/superlectron-tv-challenger-series-3000-tvc-3000 /museum/tele-flip-paris-video-sport-fy-707 /museum/thomson-jv1t /museum/ultrasound-tele-sports /museum/ultrasound-tv-9010 /museum/universum-tv-multi-spiel-handheld /museum/universum-tv-spiel-1004 770 url date https://web.archive.org/web/20230613001113/http://www.old-computers.com/museum/computer.asp?c=770 2023-06-13

This australian game was released in 1976 in limited quantities. Although assembled manually, it is not known if it was sold as a kit.

It uses the AY-3-8500 chip (General Instruments) and plays the 4 PONG variants. The design is very uncommon and very nice. It is typical for a kit, hence our wonder about how it was sold.

The circuit board is very simple and requires very few extra components, since the main game circuits are integrated in the game chip.
