PulkoMandy db2fd1989f Fix gcc config for Haiku on sparc ...

- Remove accidentally copied NetBSD stuff, so we actually use our
  linkspec
- Put the files in the correct order in config.gcc

This gets us past stage0 bootstrapping (building gcc_bootstrap package).
