clipdinger: update to v1.2.3

Browse Source 
* Bugfix: Move item to top of history list when pasted from a filtered list, too.
* Remove wrong ellipsis from menu items.
* Rename "App" menu to "Clipdinger".
* Added Norwegian, thanks Johan Wagenheim!
