openssl: define a debuginfo package
...
- libs debug info get there
- openssl executable is stripped
Makes the package much smaller (1.6M instead of 11M), and we now build
with -g so debug information is available when needed.

Keeping up with makeinfo's upgrade treadmill is proving to be
a tedious and annoying process, so just don't build documentation.
If anyone really wants any docs besides manpages, they can go
and build it themselves.

* turns out exportig OPT var disables debug build
* drop testsuite as it takes a lot of space, perhaps needs to be moved into a separate package
* should we drop __pycache__ as well?

xpdfreader is really xpdf.
...
Yes, the website is now "xpdfreader", but the Linux packages are still
called "xpdf", and as you can see it provides all the same commands
(and then some) that the xpdf package does.
