b9b8fd0a70 mdds: add recipes. 
* libetonyek requires specifically 1.0.
* It is header only, so it needs to be specified explicitly
  in dependencies. That is why I defined mdds in mdds12's PROVIDES.

e501af9af8 patchutils: bump to 0.3.4, add TEST() with "make check". 
Also add cmd:{cmp,diff,patch} to BUILD_PREREQUIRES as these are
