This may become useful for the ARM port if we want something like
writembr to include an u-boot image to put on install media. Until then,
haikuports is just a convenient way to store my patches.

* fixes from PR: shared library is built by default, changes to make the build using system libraries.
* Among many fixes and improvements there a fix for the function 'fluid_synth_sfload' (return of -1 in case of missing or invalid file). The buggy function is also used in haiku, midi-kit, SoftSynth.cpp.
