22c10b29d2 Make buildbot_slave and python_zope.interface arch-specific. 
* To prevent problems with the 'any' packages being shared between
  different architectures (while those use varying versions of python),
  make them arch-specific.
* Additionally, move buildbot_slave from dev-python to dev-util (as
  it is not related to python development).

3243557fa9 Add Fossil 1.29 recipe and patch 
* This builds cleanly for x86_gcc2, x86, and x86_64
* The patch fixes a zlib namespace clash with OpenSSL that affects x86_gcc2, as well as an outdated config.guess which prevented Haiku x86_64 from being identified
* The 1.29 release will allow `fossil ui` to work correctly, unlike the last couple of versions that had a chroot bug that affected OS's like Haiku that run as root out of the box

  .self/lib/x86_gcc2/libpolarssl.* vs
  .self/lib/libpolarssl.*.  prefix issues?

* The patchsets also fix the root CA location
* 1.0.1 isn't binary compat with 1.0.0 compiled
  applications.  Working on a 1.0.0 patchset now
