cmocka is only used for testing and can be removed from REQUIRES.
Fix typo in the rm command to remove the applications and icons directories.
Also, add several more directories to be pruned.

The commands from the install section don't work properly if the python minor
version is double digits. The commands could easily be rewritten but they
don't seem to be doing anything anyhow so we can just remove them.

This is faily unmaintained, and build depends on Python 2.x. It CAN
be build with Python 3.10, but it WILL fail on 3.12.
The only in-tree user of this was `git_svn`, and that can use the actually
maintained bindings from upstream `subversion` (as it does in Debian, for example).
