Updated Noto font - untested
...
Set to untested for now.
It removes the "NotoMono" font as that one is deprecated in favour
of "NotoSansMono".
Problem: When using this with the "NotoSansMono" font, Appearance
prefs doesn't find the new mono font.

mmlr apparently did all the work to update our port, but then
the result was never packaged. Seems to work just fine on my
machine, both on encrypted and unencrypted networks.

fpc: rename binary only recipe fpc_bootstrap ( #1803 )
...
This will make place for a coming fpc full source recipe instead of
this "repackaging" only recipe. But this one is still necessary to bootstrap
the process : fpc is written in pascal.

openssl: define a debuginfo package
...
- libs debug info get there
- openssl executable is stripped
Makes the package much smaller (1.6M instead of 11M), and we now build
with -g so debug information is available when needed.

Keeping up with makeinfo's upgrade treadmill is proving to be
a tedious and annoying process, so just don't build documentation.
If anyone really wants any docs besides manpages, they can go
and build it themselves.
