The soname of libGL is now libGL.so.1. We keep the old library file for
backward compatibility, but add a symlink using the proper name.

The KHR/khrplatform.h header is required by libepoxy
for running its testsuite. This commit also adds a
pkg-config entry for EGL, also used by libepoxy.
