Mesa 9.0.1: Changes to how our GL works
...
* I'm moving Mesa into the opengl add-on to avoid
then need to pack llvm into libGL
* The x86sse hack is no longer required with this
new layout.
* We were missing libmesagallium.a from the scons
build of Mesa.. this is essential to linking
Gallium stuff to Mesa stuff.
This diff will be going to upstream mesa.

My current patch for e2fsprogs
...
Doesn't fully compile yet.
./configure --enable-symlink-build --disable-tls --enable-quota=no --disable-fsck
I'm not sure where it goes, portage has both sys-fs/e2fsprogs and sys-libs/e2fsprogs-libs...

Updated patch for readline, removing a couple __BEOS__ workarounds that are no longer needed on Haiku, and added a workaround for Haiku not having the non-posix ECHOCTL, not sure if this is a correct fix, but it allows it to compile.
