Dropped now unneeded patches. Builds OK out of the box.

Add Iceweasel recipes ( #11308 )

Two recipes
- iceweasel_bin
- for use with buildmaster
- as buildmaster doesn't have enough RAM to build Iceweasel (16 GB required)
- iceweasel
- won't work with buildmaster
- pointing a bit older commit of git repo
Changes from previous shared builds:
- Renamed to Iceweasel
- Executable name and Tracker icon for now.
- It is now Firefox ESR 128.5 based.
- Enabled audio/JIT from previously shared builds.
- Thanks to gerasim!
- Using system NSS again.
- Renamed to Iceweasel

* Remove buttons, add menu bar.
* Add menu items to temporarily override settings.
* Change some keyboard shortcuts to keep things intuitive with the new temp options.
* Add default entries to ignore list.
