ced8f22ad0 haiku-format: fix 32 bit rpath errors (#9632) 
Add -DCMAKE_SKIP_RPATH=On to the flags in order to prevent bogus rpath entries in the executable.

9b865cafa8 xcb_proto: fix location of installed Python code. (#9621) 
Due to bogus python version detection (expecting "Python 2.x"),
current package is installing files under:

/system/lib/python/po/vendor-packages

instead of

/system/lib/python3.xx/vendor-packages

This is just a quick fix for that.
