278efefce1 Fix build of some recipes 
- Force version of boost, otherwise we get boost 1.57 and nothing works
  with it because it's too old
- Remove now unneeded DISABLE_ASLR in haikuwebkit package (it is done
  correctly in the gcc11 recipe now)

4f180bdb94 Utilize the new "all" ARCHITECTURES keyword in most recipes. (#6189) 
x86_64 is used as a baseline: the "x86_64" entry, whatever status it has,
is transformed into "all", and then the other entries in ARCHITECTURES
either dropped or rearranged appropriately.

75e9eb159f haikuwebkit: Use the ports-mirror to download the source. 
The gcc2 builder kept timing out trying to download it, and couldn't resume the
downloads as GitHub doesn't seem to support that. So use the ports-mirror instead.
