Utilize the new "all" ARCHITECTURES keyword in most recipes. ( #6189 )
...
x86_64 is used as a baseline: the "x86_64" entry, whatever status it has,
is transformed into "all", and then the other entries in ARCHITECTURES
either dropped or rearranged appropriately.

Initial .bep, and .OptionalPackageDescription files for libmikmod and a patch that was derived from the patch included in sdl-mixer-1.2.9 tarball, with the config.guess and config.sub parts removed.

simple patch to add [brackets] to libmikmod.m4, but this little patch then enables sdl-mixer to run cleanly and to also allow building of shared libs... go figure.
