b293a9ae2b XaoS: fix REQUIRES, add support for x86_gcc2 secondary arch. 
* lib:libgsl is neither available nor needed on x86_gcc2.
* XaoS 3.4 fails to build on x86{,_64}, even without libgsl.

* BUILD was no longer working. We could have replaced "automake" by
  "automake --add-missing" but it was easier to switch to autoreconf.
* Switch HOMEPAGE and SOURCE_URI to https.

05f96c8b45 uif2iso: add commandSuffix, rework INSTALL. (#2704) 
Keep REVISION unchanged because this is a neutral change for all
existing arches. The sole purpose of this change is to make this
recipe ready for x86_64/x86 hybrid, as explained in #2690.
