LilyPond requires a newer texinfo than the 6.1 that is available for x86_gcc2.
Provide a secondary architecture version of texinfo 7 to fix that.

Perl (secondary) is required for texinfo.

* texinfo-7: remove libtool files

* texinfo-7: add conflict between primary and secondary packages

They largely contain the same data files and documentation.

de33464694 libplist: remove old 1.12 version. (#9230) 
Only `libusbmuxd` uses `libplist`, but the 2.x version.

Also, this version requires cmd:python (2.7) which we no longer support.

747c8134b8 libreoffice 6.4.7: (32 bits only), remove Python build dependencies. (#9228) 
Untested, but we don't have Python 2.7 anymore, a similar change was made
for LibreOffice 7.3.7 (64 bits), and both recipes have `--enable-python=no`,
so let's see if this can be rebuild, or we're stuck with the current revision.

141270b0d5 contourpy: new recipe. (#9221) 
Listed as a dependency for matplotlib.

Only providing a Python 3.10 for now, as this is a new recipe, and its
only inmediate target user would be matplotlib (that should also be
moved to 3.10).

In any case, I've tested the recipe works for multiple versions,
by locally building it for both 3.9 and 3.10.

Note: built (and very lightly tested) on 64 bits only.

8ebb32b5cc pybind11: update to version 2.11.1 (#9220) 
Also, provide a non-versioned pybind11-config symlink to the 3.10 version
(matching our current default Python version).

This should (might?) help with packages as contourpy that expect to find a
non-versioned "pybind11-config".
