Marking as ? (disabled), as it works for vim, but makes gvim sef-fault
right at start up.
* YouCompleteMe: update to latest git revision (as of 2023-04-23)
Still same issue with gvim seg-faulting as ever, so leaving it
disabled.

Last updated in 2012, not particular noteworthy, automatic
convertion to Python3 didn't resulted in something functional
(will need manual tweaking due to Python changes).
"cookiecutter" and similar projects offer far better functionality
and are properly maintained.

- Added a crude icon (modified from Haiku's one for "Links").
Better than nothing, until someone creates a new one.
- Added resource / signature / app-flags, so it gets listed on
Deskbar's "Recent Application" list (Happy now AlienSoldier?)
- Moved settings/score files from ~/.bl2 to
$B_USER_SETTINGS_DIRECTORY/blockout2.

Moved cmd:python3 to TEST_REQUIRES, as even if it seems like the
build needs it (for "summary tests"), it actually doesn't, and its
only for "make test" we need Python3.
Added $jobArgs, as that speeds up the build quite a lot.
Testes passed 100% with or without that set, in any case.
